The eight-storey building, situated in Lagos, is an ultra-modern office complex and the first “Green Building” in Banana Island. The project team paid particular attention to the thermal-acoustic grades of the envelope with the scope of achieving an energy efficient and sustainably ventilated building without having any openings in the façade for both design and comfort purposes. The Schüco curtain walling system was customized by K3 to meet such technical requirements much as simultaneously maintaining a minimal modern design with full height glazing panels. Access to the building is granted by a revolving and sliding door, perfectly integrated to the curtain walling system.
