The project located in the industrial area of Kpone is a logistics hub for containers in transit to and from Tema port. In the center, there is the headquarters of a bank, bars and restaurants, offices, warehouses, as well as the GPHA headquarters: different performance requests, but the same design for all buildings. Entirely designed on paper, the installation took only 3 months, well ahead of schedule, and has double glazed green reflective glass for high thermal acoustic performance.
