The eight-storey building, situated in Accra, is the first high-end residential complex by developers Parkwest Gh Ltd in the country. The architectural study required K3 to execute large glazing panels to receive as much light as possible internally, and recall a modern design externally. Minimalistic look and high acoustic performances were achieved by applying a system with 50 mm of nominal section width and double glazing glass panels with high decibel factors. The project includes internal tempered and laminated safety glass partitions in living, kitchen, and bathroom areas.
