This seven-story new build development is located close to Lagos, Airport. K3 was appointed as the chosen glazing subcontractor for aluminum and glazing works for this esteemed project. Through its subsidiary AZA-Africa, K3 has provided complete turnkey façade solutions which included engineering, design and execution. Due to the characteristics of the project, K3 and AZA-Africa proposed special performance curtain wall glass from Saint Gobain SKN series with solar & acoustic performance as required by the building’s close proximity to the airport.
